BRUXISM is the
medical term for teeth grinding or clenching of jaws and it happens to both
children & adults.
Occurs
often during deep sleep and can be caused by stress or anxiety. It is also very likely caused by an
abnormal bite or, missing or crooked teeth.

Effects

Tips to stop teeth grinding
AVOID chewing gum
as it allows the jaw muscles to get more used to clenching and makes us more
likely to grind our teeth.
